Processing Your Order

  • Custom Orders (on order): Processing and shipping times may vary for on-order items. We will share regular updates as your custom item progresses.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer standard shipping for delivery within the U.S. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Custom Orders (on order): Please note that delivery times for on-order items may differ from standard orders, depending on the production time needed. Once your custom order is ready for shipment, you will receive detailed updates regarding the expected shipping and delivery time.
  • Internal Shipping: For orders requiring internal or special shipping arrangements, please email or WhatsApp us to calculate the shipping costs based on your location and specific requirements.

Tracking Your Order

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your package on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delivery Issues

  • For packages marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue. We will assist however we can, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

International Orders

  • For international orders, please email or WhatsApp us to calculate the exact costs based on your location and specific requirements.

Order Availability and Cancellation

  • In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your order due to the unavailability of the item, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you via the email provided during the order process to arrange the next steps. If we do not receive a response within 7 (seven) business days, we will proceed with the refund automatically.
